Ming Drogos noted the “savoury” broth and perfectly cooked noodles, while Debbie Phillips was blown away by her vegan option's flavor and portion size.

Nothing beats a hot bowl of ramen on a cold day. The broth to the soups were very savoury. The noodles were well cooked and not bloated like a lot of places. The bubble tea was just okay. The bobas ( tapioca balls) were either cooked too long or sat in hot water too long.

I had the Vegan Miso Ramen. So many bean sprouts and mushrooms and noodles. The broth was FANTASTIC and the tofu has the perfect texture. Excellent flavor and I will be eating there again. Large bowl that I ended up with enough for my dinner tonight. Hot green tea was a perfect pairing.

Ramen Tsubaki is another great Ramen Shop in Fayetteville. Simple and Sweet is the theme here. The menu is small but everything on it is going to delicious and authentic. Great place for a quick bite to eat! P.S If you want some spice added just ask to make it spicy

Small place with a limited menu in comparison to others but the flavor will knock your socks off! Service was quick and attentive. We have four dishes and all were tons of flavor with zero leftovers. This might have been our first time but it mostly certainly won't be our last!
